Enrollment Process
Enrolling at Springs of Life is as easy as 1,2,3.
1. Complete the Paperwork
- Complete the Enrollment Packet
- Read the Parent Handbook
- Submit the Corresponding Addendum
– Infants (6weeks – 1yr)
– Toddlers (1yrs – 2.5yrs)
– Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten (3yrs – 6yrs)
– School Age Programs (5yrs – 13yrs)
2. Complete Orientation
- Submit Child(ren)’s Immunization Records
- Submit Paperwork from a Current Physical for Your Child(ren) – physical within 30 days of enrollment
3. Set a Start Date
- Set a Start Date for Your Child with the Enrollment Team
- Read First Day Supply List (preschool only)
